there are more and more businesses that are offering recycled tote bags as an alternative to plastic or even paper bags.
they seem to be quite popular here in oregon that various stores are creating quite hip looking bags. target has had the recycled bags for some time now. upon coming back to oregon i found that there are many stores that have designed some creative looking recycled bags. i'll have to say that trader joe's has the funkiest looking recycled bags.
