i'm trying to change my dietary intake a bit for overall better health. i've been reading quite a bit about the work of Dr. Perricone. i've increased my intake of fish, green tea and bright colored vegetables while reducing my sugar and salt intake. i really do not like cooked fish unless it is dried bonito flakes from japan or raw fish, so eating cooked fish has been a challenge! the lower salt intake has also been a challenge as i love salty foods! i'm feeling good though and faithfully sipping my green tea; which by the way i love. i'm getting back to doing yoga more faithfully after the craziness of november, which has been good too.

What a good diet, I drink hot tea in every meal but the caffaine free one only.
